Kyle Sligar
Kyle C. Sligar leads equipment finance at Integra, bringing more than 25 years of credit, underwriting and portfolio leadership from GE Capital, Citigroup and private credit funds to the equipment loans, leases and sale-leasebacks Integra structures for established middle-market businesses.
Before joining Integra, Kyle was Chief Credit Officer and portfolio manager of Siebert Williams Shank Asset Management, LLC. Earlier he served as Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer of Reich Brothers, a private-equity-backed alternative investment firm in New York, and as president of its specialty finance arm, Reich Brothers Business Solutions, where he oversaw heavy equipment lending and debtor-in-possession financing and scaled the lending platform from $8 million to $200 million.
At Citigroup Global Markets, Kyle was head of credit and portfolio risk management for middle market finance and co-head of credit for asset-backed finance, and he founded, built and managed a middle-market credit platform within Citigroup. He began his commercial finance career at GE Capital in Connecticut, in credit risk management and underwriting roles with GE Commercial Equipment Financing and as the capital markets and securitization leader for GE Corporate Aircraft Finance, where he received the GE Capital Finance Achievement Award for developing the company’s first term securitization platforms for mid-ticket equipment loans and corporate aircraft loans. Before GE, he held financial advisory and restructuring consulting roles at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
At Integra, Kyle leads the equipment finance group, providing equipment term loans, finance leases, sale-leasebacks, refinancing and multi-draw facilities from $500,000 to $10 million, on new and used equipment, nationwide. He works alongside Integra’s A/R funding team so that a client’s working capital and equipment are structured as one relationship, with the liens set up to work together rather than against each other. Equipment financing is subject to credit approval.
Kyle previously served as an advisor to PCI Federal, a federal contractor providing outsourced equipment finance underwriting services for the US Department of War Office of Strategic Capital. Additionally, he serves on the advisory boards of the Yale School of Medicine, the College of Engineering at the University of Arkansas, and the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University.
Kyle holds a BA in English from the University of Washington, an MS in industrial engineering and operations management from the College of Engineering at the University of Arkansas, an MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business, and an MPA in public policy, finance and regulatory affairs from the University of Missouri’s Truman School of Government and Public Affairs. After 25 years in the New York City area, he now lives in Dallas, Texas.
