Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, apply, ask about equipment financing, use a referral page or contact us, we collect what you enter, such as:
- your name, phone number and email address
- your business name and details such as your industry, DOT or MC number, number of trucks and monthly invoicing

Information collected automatically. When you visit, our servers and tools record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page that sent you here, the pages you view and the terms you search for on our site.
Information from others. If you apply, we may get information about your business, its owners and your customers from credit bureaus, public records such as UCC filings, references and other sources, as authorized in the application.
Applications you don’t finish
Our online application saves your answers as you go. If you stop partway through, we keep what you’ve entered and may follow up once by phone or email to see whether you’d like help or have questions. We use that information only to follow up and to process your application if you continue. If you’d rather not hear from us, tell us when we reach out or call (866) 552-8536.
