An Integra client benefit · included with your account

Know they pay before you take the work.

Whether the company on the other end of the invoice is a freight broker, a staffing client, or an oilfield operator, the risk is the same: you do the work first and collect later. As an Integra client, you can check any company yourself in the portal to see their payment history, and how fast they pay, before you commit.

Integra Funding Solutions
Included
Check it yourself in the portal
Look up any company by name (or MC number for a broker) in your client portal and see whether they pay, and how fast. Included with your Integra account.

To qualify for same day funding, complete paperwork must be submitted by the 1:00 p.m. CT cutoff time M-F. All funding is subject to initial application approval.

Why it matters

The rate is the easy part. Getting paid is the risk.

Every invoice is a short-term loan you make to your customer. You deliver the load, staff the shift, or finish the job first, and collect later. If that company is slow, disputed, or headed for trouble, a good contract turns into a 30+ day collection fight, or a loss.

A credit check tells you what you cannot see on your own: whether this company has a record of paying its vendors, and how quickly. A few minutes of checking can save weeks of chasing. It is one of the simplest protections your business can have, and it comes with your account.

How it works · three steps

Search a company. See the risk.

No subscription, no extra software. Credit checks are built into your Integra client portal, just an answer before you commit.

01
You

Look up the company

In your client portal, search any company by name (or MC number for a freight broker). That is all it takes.

02
Portal

See payment history

The portal shows the company's credit profile and how consistently and quickly they pay their vendors across a real portfolio, not a crowd-sourced score.

03
Instant

You get a clear read

A plain read on whether this company pays, and how fast, so you can take the work with confidence or pass on it.

Every industry we fund

If a customer owes you, you can check them.

Credit checks apply across all the industries Integra funds, not only freight. Whatever you call the company on the other end of the invoice, a broker, a client, an operator, a buyer, you can see how they pay before you take the work. The three below are just the most common.

FREIGHT

Broker & shipper checks

For carriers, check the broker or shipper paying the load, so you know before you book whether they have a record of paying on time.

STAFFING

Client credit checks

For staffing agencies, check the company you are placing workers with before you cover a payroll cycle against their invoice. Know the client pays before you commit your people.

OIL & GAS

Operator credit checks

For oil & gas service companies, check the operator or prime you are billing before you take on the job and carry the cost through a long payment cycle.

Any B2B payor, any industry. Aerospace, manufacturing, light industrial, media, mining, telecom, CPG, and more, if you sell on terms and wait to get paid, look the company up in the portal and get a read. Part of every Integra funding account.
Even better as a client
Builtin
When you factor with Integra, vetting your payors is part of the account, not a separate task.
Your approved customer list lives in the portal. We monitor it and flag changes, so a payor going bad does not catch you by surprise on the next invoice.
From vetting to funding

Check them today. Get funded on the invoice tomorrow.

Credit checks come with your Integra account. You vet the payor in the portal, you do the work, and you get funded the same business day you submit the paperwork.

Integra handles the vetting, the funding, and the collecting, so you can keep your attention on the business.

Common questions

Credit check questions answered.

The questions clients ask most. If yours is not here, call the team, Talk to a real person.

Do credit checks cost extra?

No. Credit checks are included with your Integra funding account at no extra cost. Look up any broker or customer in the portal and see whether they pay and how quickly.

Why should I check a broker before I haul?

A clean rate does not matter if the broker does not pay. Checking credit before you book tells you whether a broker has a history of paying carriers on time, so you can avoid the loads most likely to turn into a 30+ day collection fight.

How do I run a credit check?

Instantly, in your client portal. Search any company by name or MC number and you get a read on whether they pay, and how fast, anytime. No call required.

What do you check?

The portal shows the broker's payment history and credit profile, including how consistently and how quickly they pay carriers. The goal is a clear read on payment risk before you commit your truck.

Do I need an Integra account for credit checks?

Yes. Credit checks are part of your Integra funding account. Your approved broker and customer list is built in, and we monitor it for you.

Do you only check freight brokers?

No. You can check any business that pays you on terms. For carriers that means freight brokers and shippers; for staffing agencies, the client you are placing workers with; and for oil & gas service companies, the operator or prime you are billing. If a B2B customer owes you, look the company up in the portal.

How is this different from a load board rating?

A load board rating is a crowd-sourced score. Integra's read comes from a bank-direct factor that watches how brokers actually pay across a real portfolio, so it reflects payment behavior rather than reviews.
