The Integra Difference

No call centers. No bots. Just bank-backed people who answer the phone.

Most factoring companies are independent finance shops with broker-style pricing and overseas support. Integra is a division of T Bank, N.A. — held to the same regulatory standards as any FDIC-insured bank, run by a team you can call directly in Fort Worth.

The Process

Three steps. No debt. No disruption.

Factoring isn’t a loan — you’re not adding debt to your balance sheet. You’re advancing cash on revenue you’ve already earned. Here’s the full process, end-to-end.

STEP 01
Day 1 · ~30 minutes

Apply & get approved

Submit your A/R aging, a sample customer list, and basic business info. We underwrite your customers’ credit — not yours. Most decisions in 24-48 hours.

Step 02
Same day

Submit invoices, get cash

Send invoices through our portal or your existing accounting system. Approved invoices fund the same day if submitted before 1 PM CT

Step 03
Net 30 / 45 / 60

We collect, you focus

Your customers pay us directly through a bank lockbox. We handle collections professionally — your relationships stay intact, your team stays focused on the work.

Bank-backed vs. Independent factor

Why operators choose a bank division for their A/R funding.

Most factoring relationships outlast a typical small-business loan. The institution behind your factor matters more than the rate on day one. Here’s the difference between Integra and a typical independent factor.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions,straight answers.

Invoice factoring is a form of accounts receivable financing in which your business sells outstanding invoices in exchange for an immediate cash advance — typically 80–95% of invoice value — with the remainder (less a fee) paid once your customer pays. It is not a loan and does not add debt to your balance sheet.

Once your account is established, approved invoices submitted before 1 PM Central Time fund the same business day by wire, or the next business day by ACH. Initial onboarding typically takes 1–5 business days.

No. Every charge is disclosed in writing on your term sheet before you sign. Standard fees may include wire transfer and termination fees, but they are disclosed up front and applied consistently. No surprise minimums, no undisclosed deductions.

A bank loan adds debt and is underwritten on your business credit. Factoring is the sale of an invoice — underwritten on your customers’ credit, not yours. That makes it accessible to growing businesses that may not yet qualify for traditional bank financing, without compromising your balance sheet.

Yes. Integra Funding Solutions is a division of T Bank, N.A. — a federally chartered, FDIC-insured bank. We are held to the same regulatory, capital, audit, and consumer-protection standards as any U.S. bank.

Yes. Customer notification is standard for factoring — your customers pay Integra directly through a bank lockbox. Our collections team handles all interactions professionally and represents itself transparently as your funding partner.

We tried two independent factors before Integra. The difference isn’t the rate — it’s that when something needs a decision on a Friday afternoon, a real person picks up. That’s worth more than half a point.
