What telecom A/R funding is

The work order is complete. The carrier processes it in 30+ days.

Telecom A/R funding, also known as invoice factoring, turns an approved milestone or completion invoice into cash the same day. You receive a large portion of the face value before the carrier's AP cycle runs, and the remainder (less one fee) when the carrier pays. Not a loan. Not a loan.

Tower builds, fiber deployments, and network upgrades run on MSA-governed terms where the carrier controls the payment clock. Weekly payroll, fuel, subcontractor payments, and equipment leases do not. A/R funding bridges that gap without pledging equipment or real property as collateral.

The cash-flow gap
Net-30+
Typical days from milestone sign-off to payment from a national carrier or MSO, while your crew and subcontractors need payment on a weekly or monthly cycle.
Terms vary by carrier and MSA. The gap between invoice approval and payment receipt is the problem A/R funding solves.
Why telecom is built for A/R funding

The tower is up. The fiber is in the ground. The carrier pays in 30+ days.

A telecom contractor finishes the work order, gets the sign-off, and submits the invoice. Then it waits through AP routing, milestone verification, and a contract-payment-terms clock that runs 30+ days or longer. A single punch-list dispute stretches it further.

Meanwhile lineman payroll, subcontractor payments, boom truck fuel, equipment leases, and bonding premiums all run on weekly or monthly cycles. That gap is what Integra closes, without adding debt, pledging equipment, or renegotiating the carrier contract that took years to win.

How telecom A/R funding works at Integra

From invoice to funded, same day.

Factoring is not a loan. You are advancing cash on invoices you have already earned — not borrowing against them.

01
Step 1

Apply and get approved

Submit the short form. Approval depends primarily on the credit of who pays you (the carrier or MSO), so new and growing companies qualify. Free credit checks confirm debtors before you commit.

02
Step 2

Onboarding and setup

You provide standard documents and sign the agreement. We file a Notice of Assignment with each carrier's AP department per your MSA, set up your account, and introduce your dedicated account manager.

03
Step 3

Submit invoices, get paid

Upload your approved work orders or milestone invoices through the portal. We verify and advance the funds the same business day before the cutoff. The carrier pays Integra on its own terms; you receive the remainder less one fee.

Why telecom contractors choose Integra

A bank division that understands MSA billing.

01

MSA-aware underwriting

We read MSA payment terms, retainage provisions, and dispute-resolution clauses the way most underwriters read a balance sheet. The Notice of Assignment is filed per the MSA so the carrier's AP team receives it correctly and the advance is not delayed.

Milestone invoices, retainage billing, and recurring maintenance work orders are all structured at setup. No surprises when the invoice cycle runs.

02

Backed by bank capital, not an outside line

Your carrier debtors remit to Integra. Your facility is backed by bank capital, not an outside credit line that tightens when a large program winds down.

Federal regulatory oversight and bank-examination standards are not typical of an independent factoring company. That distinction matters to enterprise carrier AP departments.

03

Add equipment financing too

Telecom contractors are equipment-intensive. Boom trucks, aerial work platforms, fiber splicing and testing gear, and crew vehicles are capital purchases. Because Integra is part of T Bank, a funded contractor can add a bank equipment term loan without starting a new lender relationship.

One credit file. One relationship. The A/R line and equipment financing are underwritten together, which is how you grow a fleet without over-leveraging the business.

Your telecom A/R contact

Real people. One specialist who knows your business.

You work with one named contact who handles A/R funding and invoice factoring every day. No call center, no bots, no phone queue. Behind him sits a dedicated credit and back-office team that runs underwriting, carrier-AP liaison and MSA compliance on every funded account.

Common questions

Answers to your telecom A/R funding questions.

The questions we hear most from telecom contractors evaluating A/R funding. If yours is not here, call us directly.

What is telecom factoring?

Telecom factoring is the sale of an approved milestone or completion invoice for an immediate cash advance. You submit the signed-off invoice, receive a large portion of the face value the same day, and receive the remainder (less one fee) when the carrier or MSO pays on its own terms. It is not a loan.

Do you fund milestone-based invoices?

Yes. Integra funds approved milestone invoices once the milestone is signed off by the carrier or project owner. Design complete, foundation poured, steel up, equipment installed, tested and accepted: each is fundable once the debtor has approved it. The key is carrier sign-off, not project completion.

Which carriers and tower companies do you fund receivables to?

Integra funds invoices billed to major national carriers, regional carriers, cable MSOs, and publicly traded tower companies. We run a free credit check on each debtor before the facility is set up so you know who is approved before you commit. Call the team for a specific debtor check.

How does MSA-governed billing work with factoring?

The Notice of Assignment is filed with the carrier AP department per the terms of your MSA. Billing cycles, retainage provisions, and dispute processes are documented at setup. The remit-to address updates to Integra on future invoices and the carrier's AP team is notified directly. Nothing about how you bill or how the carrier pays changes.

Can equipment financing be added?

Yes. Because Integra operates as part of a national bank, a funded contractor can add a bank equipment term loan for boom trucks, aerial work platforms, fiber splicing and testing equipment, and crew vehicles from the same team. One credit file, one relationship.

How fast can I get funded?

Initial onboarding is a one-time setup, allowing time for carrier credit verification, MSA review, and Notice of Assignment filing. Once the facility is established, approved invoices submitted before 1 PM CT are funded the same business day.
