What A/R funding is

You're on the shelf. The retailer pays in 30+, minus deductions.

CPG factoring turns an approved retailer or distributor invoice into cash the same day, you sell the receivable to Integra and get a large portion funded immediately, instead of financing the retailer for two or three months.

It is not a loan. You are selling receivables you earned by shipping product. When the retailer pays, you receive the remainder, less one fee.

The problem we solve
Net-30++ deductions
is how long shelf revenue takes to arrive, net of deductions, after you have already paid to produce and ship the goods.
Velocity is the trap. The faster you sell through, the faster you have to re-produce, and the bigger the working-capital hole before the retailer pays.
Why a winning brand runs out of cash

The order that proves the brand is the one that breaks the cash flow.

A retailer expands you from 200 to 2,000 doors. It's the moment you've worked for, and it requires pre-funding a production run several times your current cash, then waiting 30+ days, then eating deductions you didn't budget for.

A/R funding closes the gap: we advance the invoice the day you ship. Integra funds the brand the rollout is turning you into, not the one on last quarter's books.

How A/R funding works at Integra

From invoice to funded, same day.

Factoring is not a loan. You’re advancing cash on invoices you’ve already earned — not borrowing against them. Here’s what to expect, from first call to funded.

01
Step 1

Apply & get approved

Submit the short form to get started. Approval depends primarily on the credit of who pays you (retailers and distributors), so new and growing companies qualify.

02
Step 2

Onboarding & setup

You provide a few standard documents and sign the agreement. We set up your account, give you portal access, and introduce your dedicated account manager.

03
Step 3

Submit invoices, get paid

Upload your invoices through the portal. We verify and advance the funds, same business day before the cutoff. Repeat as your business runs.

Retail & distribution channels

We understand how retail actually pays a brand.

Our CPG team understands how retail and distribution channels actually pay brands, and we structure each funding arrangement accordingly.

IMPORTERS

Import & distribution

For importers and distributor-model brands we fund the receivable once you ship and bill, so you get paid the day the invoice goes out instead of waiting on the retailer's terms.

Channel-aware
DISTRIBUTORS

Distributors & brokers

We're familiar with natural and specialty distributor terms and the broker model, structuring funding to how those channels actually pay.

Channel-aware
CONCENTRATION

Single-retailer books

100% concentration to one investment-grade retailer is underwritable, often at improved pricing, because the payor risk is strong.

No concentration cap
REGULATED

A vendor your retailer can vet

Integra operates under federal banking standards, an added layer of oversight your retailer's procurement and vendor-compliance team can verify before payment is redirected.

Common questions

Answers to your CPG A/R funding questions.

The questions we hear most from consumer brands evaluating A/R funding. If yours isn't here, call our CPG team, we'll answer it directly.

What is CPG factoring?

It is the sale of an approved retailer or distributor invoice for an immediate cash advance of a large portion of invoice value, with the remainder paid, less a small fee, when the retailer pays.

It is not a loan; you're selling receivables you earned by shipping product.

A large portion of invoice valuecompetitive rates per 30 days
Do you fund brands selling through natural and specialty distributors?

Yes. Whether you sell direct to a retailer's vendor portal or through natural and specialty distributors, we fund the receivable and know the distributor terms, deduction practices, and broker model.

Do you fund DTC and marketplace revenue?

B2B receivables, yes; pure DTC card revenue, no. Marketplace first-party (1P) wholesale, where you invoice the marketplace as a vendor, is fundable. Many omnichannel brands factor retail and 1P wholesale A/R while running DTC separately, we'll tell you what's eligible.

Does concentration in one big retailer disqualify a brand?

No. We weigh the credit of the retailer, not the diversification of the brand. 100% concentration to an investment-grade big-box or grocery account is a standard CPG credit, often at improved pricing.

What rates and fees apply?

Integra advances a large portion of invoice face value. Pricing is quoted for your business, based on retailer credit, invoice volume, and payment terms. Every fee is disclosed in writing before you sign. No volume minimums.

How fast can a CPG brand get funded?

Initial onboarding is a one-time setup, for retailer-payor verification and account setup.

Once live, approved invoices submitted before 1 PM Central Time fund the same business day by ACH, or next business day by ACH.
