Aerospace A/R funding. Same day on approved invoices.
Same day A/R funding on Net-30+ invoices to the major airframers, defense primes, engine OEMs, and the DoD. Built for AS9100-certified suppliers, MROs, and defense subcontractors.
To qualify for same day funding, complete paperwork must be submitted by the 1:00 p.m. CT cutoff time M-F. All funding is subject to initial application approval.
What is aerospace A/R funding?
Aerospace A/R funding, also known as invoice factoring, is the sale of approved invoices to a Tier-1 prime, MRO operator, or DoD program office in exchange for an immediate cash advance against work already shipped or milestone-billed. It is not a loan.
Integra Funding Solutions advances a large portion of invoice face value the day the prime approves it, with the remainder paid to you, less a small fee, once the prime pays. Underwriting is based on the prime's credit, not the supplier's diversification, so single-program and sole-source shops qualify on the same terms as diversified ones. No minimum monthly volume and no concentration penalty.
Primes pay on Net-30+ terms. Sometimes longer. Your machinists pay rent on the 1st.
An AS9100 shop ships a build-to-print part the day inspection signs off. Invoice goes out same day. Then it waits, through goods-receipt, PO-match, three-way reconciliation, and finally a contract-payment-terms clock that runs Net-30+ or longer. Add a single coding dispute and the wait stretches further.
Meanwhile payroll, tooling, raw stock, NADCAP-certified processing, ITAR-segregated storage, and CMMC infrastructure all run on weekly or monthly cycles. That gap is what Integra closes, without adding debt, pledging real property, or repricing the prime relationship that took years to win.

Why AS9100 shops choose a factoring partner.
You reach a real person on a direct line, get a quote, and work with someone who knows how aerospace suppliers actually get paid. Integra underwrites around long program cycles and single-prime concentration. A typical independent factor is a finance company, not a bank, and a single-product relationship.
| Feature | Integra | Typical aerospace factor |
|---|---|---|
| Funding specialist contact | Direct line, named account manager | Varies by provider |

From invoice to funded, same day.
Factoring is not a loan. You’re advancing cash on invoices you’ve already earned — not borrowing against them. Here’s what to expect, from first call to funded.
Apply & get approved
Submit the short form to get started. Approval depends primarily on the credit of who pays you (primes and OEMs), so new and growing companies qualify.
Onboarding & setup
You provide a few standard documents and sign the agreement. We set up your account, give you portal access, and introduce your dedicated account manager.
Submit invoices, get paid
Upload your invoices through the portal. We verify and advance the funds, same business day before the cutoff. Repeat as your business runs.
We speak aerospace billing. You don't translate it for us.
Aerospace A/R doesn't bill like a retail invoice. We underwrite around long program cycles, single-prime concentration, and the quality certifications your business already maintains, so funding fits the way you actually get paid.
Your certifications tell us you run a serious business
Your AS9100 and NADCAP accreditations tell us you operate to aerospace standards. They count in your favor, and you don't have to chase down extra documentation to get funded.
Single-prime accounts welcome
Heavy concentration with one airframer, prime, or program won't disqualify you. We underwrite around it instead of capping you because of it.
We only ever need your invoice data
Funding runs off your billing data, the invoice, the payor, and proof of delivery. We don't ask for your drawings, technical files, or program data.

Answers to your aerospace A/R funding questions.
Eight of the questions we hear most from AS9100 suppliers and defense subcontractors evaluating A/R funding for the first time. If yours isn't here, call Rob, he'll answer it directly.
What is aerospace factoring?
Aerospace factoring is the sale of approved aerospace and defense invoices to a funder in exchange for an immediate cash advance. Integra advances a large portion of invoice face value up front; the prime or DoD payor settles directly to Integra, and you receive the remainder, less a small fee, once they pay.
It is not a loan. No loan is created against your invoices, and no real property or general business assets are pledged, only the specific A/R sold.
Will Integra fund invoices to the major airframers, defense primes, or the DoD?
Yes. Integra routinely funds A/R billed to the major airframers, defense primes, engine OEMs, and direct DoD prime contractors.
Invoices billed to a U.S. Government end-customer involve an Assignment of Claims step under the federal Assignment of Claims Act of 1940 (31 U.S.C. § 3727). We walk eligible suppliers through what that requires.
Does factoring touch my ITAR or CMMC controlled data?
No. Funding runs off your invoice and billing data only, the invoice, the payor, and proof of delivery.
We don't need or request your technical drawings, controlled technical data, or CUI, so the funding relationship sits outside your controlled-information environment. Integra does not provide ITAR or CMMC compliance services; that stays with your program.
How fast can an AS9100 supplier get funded?
Initial onboarding is a one-time setup for an aerospace client, due to prime-payor verification and account setup.
Once the facility is established, approved invoices submitted before 1 PM Central Time funded the same business day.
Will my prime know my company is using A/R funding?
Yes. Prime notification (a Notice of Assignment directing payment to Integra) is a standard component of factoring.
The major airframers and defense primes already have hundreds of Tier-2 and Tier-3 suppliers on factoring arrangements, it's a routine portal filing, not a credit event. Government payors involve an additional Assignment of Claims step.
What are typical funding amounts and fees for aerospace factoring?
Integra advances a large portion of the invoice up front, with the remainder paid to you, less a small fee, once the prime pays. The exact split is set by the size and circumstances of the deal.
Fees are quoted as a discount on invoice face value, scaled by funded days outstanding. We tailor competitive rates to match your situation; call for a custom quote. No minimum-volume penalties.
Does single-prime or sole-source concentration disqualify a supplier?
No. Single-prime and sole-source aerospace suppliers are explicitly underwritable, Integra evaluates the credit of the payor, not the diversification of the supplier.
A shop billing 100% to one Tier-1 prime on a long-running program is a standard Integra credit, often at competitive pricing because the payor risk is investment-grade. We don't penalize you for billing one prime.
Ready to fund your next build?
