Background

The path to leading Integra's energy team.

Amy joined Integra in April 2023 as Vice President, Energy, and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2026. Her background is in oil and gas factoring, A/R funding, and working capital for energy service companies, a market with its own billing rhythms, payment timelines, and credit dynamics, and she knows them firsthand.

At Integra she oversees the energy book and manages the oil and gas BDOs who serve service companies across the country, and she still works with new clients directly, taking the time to understand how your business runs and structuring a facility that fits it. Once you’re set up, she connects you with a dedicated account manager who knows your account and your operators, not a queue.

Field tickets understood. Operator AP, reconciliation disputes, approval queues. The team knows how to keep your invoices moving.

Approved primarily on your operators’ credit. Funding runs on your customers’ strength, not your time in business.

No volume minimums. Fund every invoice or just the ones you choose. Your call.

The oil & gas A/R problem

You've done the work. The operator AP department has other priorities.

Crew payroll, fuel, and subcontractors come due now. Operators pay on 30+ day terms, often far longer, and field tickets sit in an approval queue. Your cash flow shouldn't depend on an AP department's schedule. Integra funds your approved invoices the same day you submit, so you can take the next job without waiting on the last one to clear.

Frequently asked questions

Oil and gas factoring: common questions.

Oil and gas A/R funding, also called oil and gas factoring, is a method where an oilfield service company sells its outstanding invoices to a funding company like Integra in exchange for immediate cash. The service company receives a large portion of the invoice value up front, and the remainder, less a small fee, when the operator pays. This bridges the gap between completing field work and receiving payment from an operator AP department.

Submit complete paperwork by 1:00 PM CT Monday through Friday and Integra funds the same business day. All funding is subject to initial application approval. To qualify for same day funding, complete paperwork must be submitted by the 1:00 p.m. CT cutoff time M-F.

Integra's oil and gas team has direct experience with field-ticket reconciliation and the back-and-forth with operator AP departments. We understand how invoices get stuck in approval and what it takes to move them through. Your account manager handles the follow-up so your team can stay focused on the job.
