Randy Woods founded Integra Funding Solutions in 2011 to prove that institutional-grade finance and genuine personal service do not have to be a trade-off. More than 30 years in the industry have made that balance the standard every Integra advisor works to.
Randy started his career in corporate and commercial banking, where he spent 17 years helping businesses secure funding through loan originations, portfolio management, and debt/equity financing. That foundation gave him a clear picture of where the banking industry fell short for growing businesses: too slow, too impersonal, and too focused on institutional priorities over client outcomes.
In 2011, he launched Integra Funding Solutions to change that. The goal was straightforward: bring the rigor and discipline of institutional finance to invoice factoring while delivering the speed and personal service that a traditional bank cannot. A decade later, Integra joined T Bank, N.A., which gave clients access to greater capital stability without losing the responsiveness they had come to rely on.
His leadership has shaped Integra into a trusted resource for factoring and commercial finance across transportation, oil and gas, staffing, and a range of other B2B industries. Every advisor on the Integra team operates under the same standard Randy established at the start: know the client, answer the phone, and stand behind the relationship.
A graduate of the University of North Texas with a BBA in Finance, Randy is based in Fort Worth, Texas.
