The basics
What is freight factoring?
Freight factoring is the sale of a freight invoice to a bank or factor in exchange for immediate cash on a load you've already hauled. It is not a loan, and no debt is added to your business's balance sheet.
Integra Funding Solutions buys your freight bills at a small discount and gives you the cash you need to run and grow your business. There’s no added debt, no minimum monthly volume, and underwriting is based on your customers’ credit — not yours — so new MC authorities qualify on day one.
The Integra advantage
Why carriers choose a bank-direct partner.
Most freight factors are independent finance companies marking up an outside credit line. Integra is a division of T Bank, N.A. — a federally regulated, FDIC-insured bank. That difference shows up in your contract.

The Integra advantage
Tools to protect every mile.
Factoring is the foundation; the tools around it are what protect a small fleet’s margin. Every Integra carrier gets the full stack on day one — at no extra cost.
We match you to the fuel card that fits you
Integra partners with the leading fuel card programs and refers you to the one with the best discount network for the lanes you run. You sign with the card issuer directly — no markup, no overlap.

Before you accept a load, check the broker's payment history, DOT compliance, and credit grade. No monthly cap, no per-check fee.

As a division of T Bank, N.A., Integra operates under the same federal regulatory, capital, audit, and BSA/AML standards as a U.S. bank — a layer of oversight independent finance companies don't carry.

& Great Support
Moving to Integra from our old factoring company was easier than I expected. My account manager made the transition smooth and handles everything quickly so I can focus on the road. It’s rare to find a partner who actually answers the phone when you need them.
Just Fast Payments
After struggling with other factors, I was recommended to Integra. The setup was thorough, the communication is clear, and most importantly—the payments are always on time. No hidden surprises, just reliable funding when we need it.
Beginner-Friendly
Starting a new trucking authority is stressful, and we had a lot of questions. The team at Integra was incredibly patient, walking us through every step of the process. They didn't just fund us; they taught us how to manage our cash flow. You can’t go wrong with them.

Common questions
Answers for Carriers
Yes. We specialize in working with new carriers. You do not need years of business history to qualify—just creditworthy customers (brokers).
A fuel advance allows you to receive up to 50% of the load's value as soon as you have picked up the freight, ensuring you have the cash for diesel to complete the haul.
Yes. All Integra clients get free, unlimited access to our broker credit database so you never haul a load for a company that doesn't pay.
We offer low, flat-rate fees based on your volume. Because we are a direct bank lender, we eliminate the middleman and pass the savings on to you.
Recourse factoring is more affordable but leaves the credit risk with you if the broker doesn't pay. Non-Recourse factoring costs slightly more but protects you: if the broker goes bankrupt or insolvent, Integra absorbs the loss, not you. We offer both options.
To fund a load, we typically need the signed Bill of Lading (BOL), the Rate Confirmation sheet, and your Invoice. For your first setup, we will also need your MC Authority letter and proof of insurance.
Yes. This is standard industry practice. We will notify your brokers to remit payment to our T Bank lockbox. Most brokers prefer working with factored carriers because they know the paperwork is handled professionally.
We pride ourselves on flexibility. Unlike many predatory factoring companies that lock you into multi-year contracts with high termination fees, Integra offers terms designed to help you grow, not trap you. Contact us for specific details on our current terms.
